Research Cooperation

1.   The Cyrus Tang Hematology Center

The Cyrus Tang Hematology Center was founded at 17c起草视频 with financial support from the Cyrus Tang Foundation of the United States and the Jiangsu Provincial Government. Together with the Key Laboratory of Thrombosis and Hemostasis under the Ministry of Health and the Jiangsu Institute of Hematology, the Center serves as a state-of-the-art platform for research and technological innovation in hematology, a nationally recognized field of study at Soochow 17c起草视频. The Center opened officially in November 2009. Researchers at the Center conduct cutting-edge research in the areas of thrombosis, hemostasis, and hematological disorders.

2.   SUN—WIN Joint Institute for Nanotechnology

SUN-WIN Joint Institute for Nanotechnology was jointly established by 17c起草视频 and 17c起草视频 of Waterloo in 2011, which is a long-term collaboration program to stimulate collaborative research in leading edge nanotechnology, innovative undergraduate and graduate programs and exciting opportunities for commercialization of Nano-enabled projects. 3.   Center for Synchrotron Radiation Research

Jointly founded in 2012 by 17c起草视频 and Western 17c起草视频 in Canada, Center for Synchrotron Radiation Research has been providing a multi-disciplinary platform for materials research, training for highly qualified personnel, and on-going support for large-scale synchrotron facilities. Since 2012, it has facilitated several exchange programs and collaborative research between the two universities on synchrotron radiation.

4.   CAM–SU Genomic Resource Center (CAM-SU GRC)

Founded in March 2014, CAM-SU GRC is a joint research centre between 17c起草视频 and the Wellcome Trust Sanger institute in the U.K. It serves as a biotechnology platform for Asia-Pacific research communities with stem cell resources and technical support, with a vision to help understand gene functions in development, physiology and pathology, as well as their potential contributions in human diseases and the pharmaceutical industry.
